Shipping Method 

Charlotte's ships all orders via UPS. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information. If your order is partially fulfilled, you will receive separate UPS tracking numbers as each of the items from your order are fulfilled and shipped. 

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

  • UPS Ground (2 - 5 Business Days): $15.00
  • UPS 2-Day Air (2 Business Days): $24.99
  • UPS Next-Day Air (1 Business Day): $49.99

*These delivery times are estimations. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in the delivery window. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing in addition to the estimated shipping delivery times when placing your order.

Shipping/Processing Days of the Week

  • Monday - Friday (10 AM to 5PM EST)

* Any orders placed after 5 PM EST on Friday, will not be begin to be processed until the following business day. Please allow for longer processing times during a sale.

PO Boxes 

We cannot accept a PO box as a shipping address for an order. UPS does not ship to any PO boxes. If a PO box is listed as the shipping address, the order will incur a delay in shipping and be processed as soon as a replacement address is given. Please email us at charlottescustomercare@gmail.com if you need to update an address on an order.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are considered international and we are unable to ship to these locations. 

Undeliverable Shipments

Shipments that are ‘returned to sender’ or undeliverable are subject to additional shipping and handling costs.

Damaged Shipments

Every product undergoes careful inspection prior to shipment. Please notify us of any damage within 7 days of delivery or pick up and we will arrange for a prompt repair or replacement.
