Shipping policy
We ship all orders via UPS.
We CANNOT accept a PO box as a shipping address for an order. UPS does NOT ship to any PO boxes. If a PO box is listed as the shipping address, the order will incur a delay in shipping and be processed as soon as a replacement address is given. Please email us at charlottescustomercare@gmail.com if you need to update an address on an order.
Shipments that are ‘returned to sender’ or undeliverable are subject to additional shipping and handling costs.
Every product undergoes careful inspection prior to shipment. Please notify us of any damage within 7 days of delivery or pick up and we will arrange for a prompt repair or replacement.
Charlotte's Inc. is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
